Paul Santosuosso     General Manager

Hi, my name is Paul Santosuosso. I have been in the Automotive Industry for 27 years. In 2007 a friend told me I should meet Joe Shaker. I’m glad I did. His approach to the Automotive Industry is very different and after doing things basically the same old way for 25 years, I found his ideas very refreshing. Joe’s philosophy about treating people right and doing business the right way are, at this stage of my career, the only way I am interested in doing business.

Rick Silvestri    Director of Internet Sales
I have been in the automobile industry for the better part of 20 years. I understand that most people dislike the idea of having to deal with automobile dealers. 

I was told by several persons that I would like the way the Shaker family treats their employees and their customers. They said it was altogether different than you would expect. After some initial reluctance, I went and interviewed for a position with Joe Shaker and here I am into my third year and I am most happy with my decision.

For my part, I have focused on reversing that feeling people dislike and found that the Shaker Auto Group is a place where the customer can experience an environment of low-pressure and honesty which does not exist at most dealerships.

Alex Sun    Director of Marketing
Hi, my name is Alex and I have been working for the Shaker Auto Group for one year. I got my Master’s Degree in Marketing Analytics from Bentley University in summer 2008. I met Joe Shaker who is also a Bentley alumnus on a Mazda North American Marketing Research Project that he brought to Bentley. I was the project manger and we had a wonderful time working together. 
After graduated from Bentley I wanted to find a job in marketing and automobile industry, so I approached Joe and worked for him on a customer behavior research project and eventually, became a full time employee. My work at Framingham Nissan is to provide you the most pleasant online shopping experience, and to add more value to your visit online and to our showroom.

I came from China in 2007 for my Master’s Degree. In my spare time I enjoyed playing basketball in a local league and hiking in the White Mountains. I have hiked 11 Northeastern state highpoints and my goal is to hike all the highpoints in the US.

Ruben Butron   Internet Sales Manager

Hello, my name is Ruben Butron. I have been in the car business since I came from Bolivia in 1992. I started as a lot attendant, auto detailing and worked my way up.

Kim Guerin     Business Manager
Hi my name is Kim Guerin, I have been in the Automotive Industry for twelve years. I had the pleasure of selling cars for two years at the start of my career. I was then granted a promotion as a Business Manager in 1999. I have had an opportunity to work for both domestic and foreign dealerships. Framingham Nissan has a great reputation in the automotive workplace. Upon meeting with Joe Shaker and Gary Stone I was convinced that I wanted to continue my career at Framingham Nissan. Erik Olson    Service Director
Hi, my name is Erik Olson. I am the service director for Framingham Nissan and Wellesley Mazda. I have been with the Shaker Group for 5 years.

My love of cars brought me into the automotive business in 1983. I have worked almost every position in the service department, from car wash to shop Forman to Management. At both our locations we strive to give our customers top quality factory trained service. From an employee that has done all aspects of service we exceed my expectations.

Married with three children, I devote as much time as possible to my kid’s homework and sports. My wife and I are active in our town’s p.t.o and intramural sports.

Chuck Lutz      Parts Director

Hi, my name is Chuck Lutz. Presently, I am the parts director for Framingham Nissan. I have been a proud member of the Shaker Auto Group for 6 years.  Currently, I hold certifications as a Nissan certified parts manager.


I have been in the automotive industry for 25 years.  I hold a degree in Automotive Technology from Franklin Institute in Boston, MA. Prior to that I attended Bentley College for business management.
Married with two children, I enjoy spending free time with my family.  I coach both of my children in various sports, football, softball and baseball.   Previously, I have coached many sporting programs for both Greater Marlboro Programs and Belmont Recreation athletes training for the Special Olympics.  I was on the area board for the Department of Mental Health.

Andre Vieira    Customer Care Coordinator

Hello, my name is Andre Vieira; I have been in the car business for nine years. Seven years working with Nissan and it’s my third year with the Shaker Auto Group.

This is, most of all, the most enjoyable place I’ve worked at. I like the whole process here; I like the system of the Shaker Auto Group. And it’s very good to work with the people here. All the customers we have are very happy.

I am envolved every time when customers pick their new vehicle, I take the time to show them the car and our dealership, so they can return for service with ease. Many customers refer me as the 'Concierge'.

Joe Brouillette       Internet Sales Coordinator
After graduating from Keene State College I found myself in Auto Sales; fortunately with the Shaker Auto Group. This is my first job in the Auto Sales Industry, and I’m very happy I’m working with the excellent people at the Shaker Auto Group. Working here has changed my mind about the Auto Industry, and proven to me there are people out there who are dedicated to getting you the best car and the best deal for you.
In my spare time I enjoy snowboarding, video games, and going to sporting events. I’ve just moved to Watertown with my girlfriend of just over 3 years after we both graduated from college, which has been a new and wonderful experience. I’m also preparing to take the LSAT in the future and hopefully go to a top tier law school!
