I was greeted as soon as I entered the showroom and was directed to a sales consultant immediately. The initial first impression was one of extreme friendliness and the desire to assist. The showroom and lot were very clean and maintained. The purchasing, paperwork, and pick up processes were very easy to go through, quick and thorough. The sales consultant, dealer manager and business manager were all very accommodating and I felt very confident and secure in my purchase.

Framingham Nissan has some of the most helpful and outgoing personnel I have ever worked with. I recommend working with Robby Aoude, he is easy to communicate with and will go out of his way to get you what you need, even if it means working late. My experience with management, namely Kim Guerin, was equally as satisfying as they had answers for all of my questions and provided excellent advice as well as smooth and speedy processing. Overall great experience and an amazing car, I would recommend making them a priority stop in your car shopping endeavors.
